1.1 In these terms, “you,” “your,” “ticket holder,” and “attendee” refer to the individual purchasing or holding a ticket, or attending any NOTWORKING NETWORKING event.
1.2 “We,” “us,” “our,” “organiser,” and “issuer” refer to NOTWORKING NETWORKING CLUB Ltd, including its employees, representatives, and affiliates.
1.3 A “ticket” refers to any proof of purchase issued by the organiser, which may include an electronic ticket, order confirmation, invoice, or similar documentation.
2. Acceptance of Terms
2.1 By purchasing or holding a ticket to any NOTWORKING NETWORKING event, you confirm your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2.2 If you have any objections to these terms, you must not purchase a ticket or attend any event.
3. Ticket Purchases and Payments
3.1 Tickets may be purchased through authorised channels, including our official website or direct invoice from NOTWORKING NETWORKING CLUB Ltd.
3.2 Ticket prices are set individually for each event and are non-negotiable.
3.3 For tickets purchased via invoice, payment must be made in full by the due date specified on the invoice. Tickets will not be valid until full payment has been received.
3.4 All tickets are issued on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.
4. Ticket Formats and Delivery
4.1 Tickets may take the form of digital tickets, order confirmations, or invoices, all of which serve as valid proof of purchase and entry to the event.
4.2 It is your responsibility to secure your ticket. Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets will not be reissued, and the organiser accepts no liability for any resulting loss.
5. Admission Rights
5.1 A ticket grants you a revocable licence to attend the specified NOTWORKING NETWORKING event at the designated venue on the date provided.
5.2 Admission is subject to full compliance with these terms. The organiser reserves the right to deny entry, revoke tickets, or remove attendees for reasons including, but not limited to, non-payment, inappropriate behaviour, or breach of these terms.
5.3 No refunds or compensation will be provided if admission is denied or a ticket is revoked.
6. Unauthorised Use of Tickets
6.1 Tickets must not be resold, copied, or used for promotional purposes (e.g., competitions, giveaways) without prior written consent from the organiser. Breach of this clause will result in ticket cancellation.
6.2 Tickets obtained through unauthorised channels may be declared invalid. The organiser is not responsible for issues arising from such purchases.
7. Event Changes and Cancellations
7.1 The organiser reserves the right to change event details, including the date, time, venue, and content, without prior notice.
7.2 If an event is cancelled, the organiser may choose to:
- Reschedule the event,
- Offer an equivalent alternative,
- Issue a partial or full refund, or
- Decline to issue any refunds.
The organiser’s decision in such cases is final.
7.3 Refunds, if issued, will only cover the face value of the ticket. The organiser will not reimburse additional costs such as travel or accommodation.
8. Refund Policy
8.1 All ticket sales are final. Refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are not permitted, except in cases outlined in Clause 7.
8.2 Tickets are non-refundable for failure to attend, regardless of the reason.
9. Conduct and Minimum Age Requirement
9.1 Attendees must be 18 years or older unless otherwise specified. Proof of age may be required for entry.
9.2 The organiser enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy for illegal substances, disruptive behaviour, or actions deemed inappropriate. Attendees violating this policy will be removed without refund.
10. Privacy and Data Collection
10.1 By purchasing a ticket, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data (e.g., name, contact details, dietary requirements) for event management purposes.
10.2 Your data will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
11. Liability
11.1 The organiser is not responsible for personal property that is lost, stolen, or damaged at any NOTWORKING NETWORKING event.
11.2 Attendance is at your own risk. The organiser accepts no liability for injury, loss, or damage incurred during an event.
12. Miscellaneous
12.1 The organiser may amend these terms at any time without prior notice. Updates will be published on the official website and will apply retroactively to all ticket holders.
12.2 Chargeback claims or disputes against payments made to the organiser are prohibited and will not be honoured.
13. Governing Law
13.1 These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
